DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPERIENCE:

"Cook and talk at chef’s home"

 

This experience will see us with our fingers in the pie !!!

​

We will meet you at the Casa Rossa where a real chef from Monferrato will introduce you to some typical recipes such as tajarin, risotti, hazelnut cakes and many others, depending on the season.

​

At the end of the class we will share our dinner or lunch on the terrace or under the fig tree.
