"Truffle Hunting"

Absolutely not to miss is our Truffle Hunting Experience at the Casa del Trifulau!  Following the old tradition from Piedmont, you will meet a trifulau, who will guide you through the woods with the help of his dog in search of the elusive white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) .

 

You will be surrounded by the colours and the smell of the wood until something magic will happen…

 

At the end of the search the Trifulau will offer you an aperitif to toast the truffle!
